Epistemology -- includes probabilistic and social epistemology as well as more traditional topics such as skepticism.
Philosophy of Science -- historical from the positivists through Kuhn, then topic-based.
Metaphysics -- includes less common topics like time travel as well as more common topics like causation.

This version of the course takes an historical approach from positivism to Kuhn, and then surveys topics after that. It follows Peter Godfrey-Smith's book, which I found to be excellent for teaching.
